I'm back!!!!!, to wish you all a Merry Christmas and with lil pressie as a peace offering for not posting all those freebies I promised. Real life and lots of family things going on left me with no time to be online, but not to worry, I'm sure I'll find a way to make it up to you all.

Christmas Wishes Freebie

Today's freebie is a mini kit called "Christmas Wishes" and it can be downloaded HERE. It contains 3 papers, one of which has glittered edges, a ribbon wrapped frame, a string of beads, a tag and a Christmas bow. Once again, I would just like to say how much I appreciate all your encouraging words and appreciative comments. And to those of you who have written to me privately, I will try to answer each and every one of you, but please understand that this is an extremely busy time of year, not just for me but for everybody. Freebie Christmas Cluster & Snow Covered Tree

It has not been my week as far as keeping promises go. Yet again, here I am late in posting the freebie. I lost my internet connection last night and have only just this minute got back online. I had just gotten comfy in front of the pc last night when my phone rang. It wasn't a normal ring, more of a bleeping noise and when I answered it all I could hear was crackling and hissing. As the phones I use are cordless I thought perhaps the batteries were needing renewed, so never gave it a second thought. I sat down and again the same thing happened, and so it continued until I got fed up and unplugged them from the socket. Sitting down again, my pc was now informing me that a network cable was unplugged and after checking all the possibilities, I could find no resolve. I then plugged the phone back in, in an attempt to use it, but now there was no funny noise, not even a dial tone, and I was not a happy bunny. I spent the next 45 mins in a freezing phone box, while my telephone provider tested my line and and eventually arranged for an engineer to visit this morning after a fault was found. Fed up, I went back home, had a cup of tea, and for the first time in goodness knows how long, I was in bed the right side of midnight. Anyway, to cut a long story short, the telephone engineer arrived at 9.05am and 6 1/2 hours later after my whole house has been re-wired here I am, and HERE is the link to download yesterday's goodie. For the first time since we moved into this house just over 2 years ago, I have a clear telephone line with absolutely no distortion, and I can now connect to the internet quicker than a rat up a drainpipe. The telephone wiring was so old it had perished, and now replaced, I am hopeful that it will see an end to all the hassles we've had between the phone and internet, Yee Ha!!!!!!

Stitched Felt Snowflakes Freebie

Don't you just hate all the nasty little bugs that are doing the rounds at this time of year. Instead of getting to relax on Sunday night as hoped, my youngest took ill, which seen me spend the best part of the evening cleaning up sick, changing beds and trying to comfort my 3 year old who couldn't understand why she had terrible pains in her tummy and was being violently sick. She eventually managed to fall asleep about 7.30am, just as I got the boys up for school, and after getting them organised and dropped off at 9.00am, I spent the entire morning cleaning and doing laundry. Exhausted from not getting much sleep the night before, I thought I'd grab an hours nap, but lo and behold, the school phoned to say the boys had been sick and could I come and collect them. The rest of my day was fully occupied, tending to my kids, and all the usual thing a mum has to do when her babies are ill. Thankfully today, they are much better, so that gives me the chance to get yesterdays freebie posted for you all. Sorry it's late, but what could I do? Highland Winter Freebie

Hi all, hope your having a peaceful and relaxing Sunday. It's my birthday today, so that's what I intend to do, RELAX!!!!

Friday Freebie on a Saturday

Okay, I know, I'm late again, but not without good reason. I stayed up till 5.00am and got the majority of the kids presents ordered online. Then, I collected what was available, first thing, before the usual weekend hustle and bustle started, and what I wasn't able to get today will be ready for collection on Wednesday. Phew!!!! you dont know what a relief that is, and now with the pressure gone, I can relax and enjoy the last weeks before Christmas. The kids raced to open their advent calendars this morning, which gave me an idea. Adults like pressies too, right?
